At Home With Littles | A Podcast for Stay at Home Moms
At Home with Littles is a parenting podcast for stay-at-home moms who are figuring it out as they go—and aren’t afraid to admit it.
The first Tuesday of every month, join me, Katie Schultz for honest, heartfelt, and often hilarious conversations with fellow SAHMs about what’s actually working in the little years. Think clever hacks, mindset shifts, real talk, and the kind of support you wish came with the new job title.
No mom has every aspect of staying home figured out (no matter what their feed says), but I believe every mom has a trick, a hack, or a little gem that makes life at home smoother. I’m gathering them here—so we can figure this thing out together.

What’s Saving My Life
Tuesday Jun 02, 2026
Tuesday Jun 02, 2026
Time to shake it up a bit! I (Katie) am trying out a practice that some other podcasters do of sharing what is "saving my life" in this season. This is typically done quarterly (like summer, fall, winter, spring), but I will be doing this for this season of life before I have my second baby and become SAHM to two!
This is a practice of slowing down and noticing what's really working for you right now and naming it specifically.
So maybe something that's working for my life will work out for you, or maybe it will encourage you to slow down and notice what's working in your own life.

Tuesday May 05, 2026
Tuesday May 05, 2026
Brianna (SAHM, part-time assistant, and boy mom) joins Katie to talk about life with two energetic boys, from backyard bathroom breaks to living room paddleboard forts. She shares about a season of major transition—welcoming a second baby, moving from Tyler to Austin, and stepping into church ministry life—and what it looked like to rebuild community as a stay-at-home mom in a new city. Brianna opens up about balancing part-time work from home, the importance of getting out of the house, and how small rhythms like quiet time and a clean kitchen can shape her days. The two also talk about investing in rest through Mother’s Day Out, setting boundaries with toddlers, and how motherhood exposes a deeper need for patience, grace, and dependence on God. Brianna offers encouragement for moms in busy or lonely seasons, reminding them that even small moments with the Lord matter and that these days are full of answered prayers.

Abbie Roe (@3_in_a_Roe) is a mom of two and passionate advocate for biblical motherhood, known for her family phrases, theology-filled songs, and thoughtfully curated weekly lists.
